Software Installation Policy

To use MinSoft Software, you must create an account as required by us. You agree that your use of the account must comply with MinSoft regulations, and that all information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete at the time it is requested.

All your rights and obligations will be based on the account information you have registered. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any incorrect information if it affects or limits your rights and benefits.

– The condition for installing or using MinSoft software provided by MinSoft Solutions Joint Stock Company is that you must comply with these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

– Official employees of the company will be responsible for installing the software for you after you voluntarily agree to purchase the MinSoft product.

– You have the right to use the software and other services we provide; however, such use shall not include the following actions without written consent from MinSoft:

• Copying, modifying, reproducing, creating new products or derivative versions based on this Software;

• Selling, transferring, sublicensing, disclosing, or otherwise transferring part or all of the Software to any third party;

• Using the Software to provide services to any third party (organization or individual);

• Moving, removing, or altering any legitimate notices or trademarks of the Software (including but not limited to copyright statements);

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or altering the design of the Software or its content;

• Changing or removing the original state of the Software;

• Using the Software to perform any actions that may harm network security, including but not limited to unauthorized access to data, servers, or accounts; accessing network systems to delete, modify, or add information; distributing malicious programs or viruses; or performing any other actions intended to damage or disrupt network systems;

• Logging into and using MinSoft through third-party software or systems that are not developed, licensed, or approved by MinSoft;

• Using, selling, lending, copying, modifying, connecting to, translating, publishing, or disclosing information related to the Software;

• Using images of MinSoft or other services provided by the company in any form that violates the law or for any illegal purposes.
