Minsoft is committed to providing high-quality support and warranty services to ensure Customers' rights when using the software. This policy explains how we provide warranty, technical support, and ensure the best experience for Customers, in compliance with the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023 (No. 19/2023/QH15, effective from July 1, 2024). Customers should read and understand this policy when using Minsoft Software.
1. Software Nature
Minsoft Software is an online software operating on a cloud-based platform, requiring no manual maintenance or repair.
The system automatically updates new features, improved versions, or new policies without interrupting Customers' work.
Example: When there is an update, the software will automatically apply it to ensure Customers always use the latest version.
2. 7-Day Warranty Policy
Within 7 days from the date of purchase or activation of Minsoft Software, if the software does not function as described in the user documentation, Customers may request a refund or we will provide free troubleshooting support.
Conditions of Application
The software must be used in accordance with the instructions in the “User Guide” section on the website https://minsoft.io/.
Customers must provide a detailed description of the issue and evidence (such as screenshots or videos).
The policy does not apply if the issue is caused by the Customer, for example:
- Incorrect installation or improper use not following the instructions.
- Interfering with the source code or modifying the software.
