Terms of Use of Minsoft

NOTICE
Re: Strict prohibition of using Minsoft Software for illegal purposes

Pursuant to the Law on Cybersecurity No. 24/2018/QH14, effective from January 1, 2019;

Pursuant to the Civil Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam No. 33/2005/QH11, passed on June 14, 2005, effective from January 1, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 72/2013/NĐ-CP issued by the Prime Minister on the management, provision, and use of Internet services and online information, effective from September 1, 2013.

"Minsoft" HEREBY ANNOUNCES:

Minsoft software consists of applications and tools developed to support business and online marketing activities in compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations, helping Vietnamese users reduce costs and optimize business efficiency.

Therefore, we strictly prohibit the use of Minsoft software for illegal purposes or any activities that violate the laws and regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Customers using Minsoft software are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Minsoft strictly prohibits customers from abusing the software for the following purposes:

• Opposing the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam or harming national security and social order and safety.
• Promoting terrorism, inciting hatred or conflict among nations, ethnic groups, or religions.
• Using the software for cyber attacks, including harassment or invasion of privacy.
• Creating rumors or misleading content to attract attention.
• Inciting violence, obscenity, depravity, crime, social evils, superstition, or undermining national cultural values.
• Disclosing state secrets, military secrets, economic security, foreign affairs, or other confidential information as prescribed by law.
• Providing distorted or defamatory information that harms the reputation, honor, or dignity of individuals or organizations.
• Advertising, promoting, or trading prohibited goods or services, or distributing banned publications, journalistic, literary, or artistic works.
• Impersonating organizations or individuals, or spreading false or misleading information that infringes upon the rights and interests of others.

Minsoft shall not be responsible for any cases where the software is used for illegal activities or in violation of the applicable laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

We would like to remind customers of their responsibilities and obligations when using Minsoft software, and we call for active cooperation from the community to maintain a safe, healthy, and secure online environment.
