Minsoft is committed to protecting Customers' personal information when using the software. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect Customers' information in compliance with Vietnamese law, especially Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection (effective from July 1, 2023). Customers should read and understand this policy when using Minsoft Software.

Information Collection

We collect necessary information to provide services, including:

  • Personal information: Full name, email, phone number, and organization information (if any).
  • Usage information: Data related to how Customers use Minsoft Software, such as access history or account settings.

Example: When Customers register an account, we require email and phone number for contact and support.

Purpose of Use

  • Manage accounts and grant access to Minsoft Software.
  • Support Customers, send notifications about software updates, service renewals, or promotional programs.
  • Resolve disputes or complaints related to software usage.
  • Improve service quality, such as analyzing how Customers use the software to upgrade features.

Example: We may send emails notifying about new updates or provide technical support when Customers encounter issues.

Information Security

  • Store information in secure systems, accessible only to authorized personnel.
  • Use encryption technologies and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.
  • Retention period: Customers' personal information is stored for up to 5 years from the date of discontinuation of Minsoft Software usage, unless otherwise required by law. After that, the data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
  • We do not share, sell, or rent Customers' personal information, except when:
    • Customers give explicit consent.
    • Required by competent state authorities in accordance with the law.
    • Necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Minsoft or others.

Example: If law enforcement agencies request information for investigation, we will provide it in accordance with legal regulations.

Customer Rights

  • Access, modify, or request deletion of their personal information.
  • Be informed about how their data is used.
  • Withdraw consent for data usage (within the scope permitted by law).

Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep account information secure, such as username and password.
  • Notify us immediately via Telegram: @minsoft.io or Email: Contact via website if any unauthorized access is detected.
